Certified Pre-owned Limited Warranty
What's included:
- In addition to the ACL statutory warranty, all Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles come with a minimum 1-year Limited Warranty
- 1-year complimentary membership to Volkswagen Roadside Assist
- 100% backed by Volkswagen.
- Transferable at no cost enhancing resale value if you sell your vehicle during the warranty period.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
These warranties should not be read as excluding, restricting or modifying your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
The benefits to a consumer given by these warranties are in addition to the other rights and remedies of the consumer under a law in relation to the goods and services to which the warranties relate. A consumer's rights under applicable law prevail to the extent of any inconsistency between these warranty terms and conditions and the law.

1. Roadside Assistance membership is provided by AWL Australia Pty Ltd ABN 52 097 227 177 trading as 'Allianz Global Assistance' ('Allianz Global Assistance'). Whenever you request roadside vehicle assistance under your membership, you will be making that request to Allianz Global Assistance, who will provide the services on the terms and conditions available at https://www.volkswagen.com.au/en/owners/roadside-assist.html. The terms and conditions contain exclusions and limitations.
